Except for rare exceptions unrelated with DiMari Lingerie, all orders completed and paid by Credit Card, ATM or Cash on Delivery* will be dispatched on the same day, provided the payment has been made up to 2:00 pm on a business day. Orders paid after this time will be shipped the next business day.
The option to pay by Wire Transfer* will have a confirmation period that varies between 24h and 5 working days (depending on the country of origin of the transfer). In this method of payment, DiMari Lingerie has no control over the execution period of the banking movement, which is the responsibility of the Bank of the Client. In these cases, the order will be shipped the day we receive confirmation of payment from the bank.
If there are any issues related to the order (delivery address, confirmation of payment, products out of stock, etc.), we will contact the customer through our Customer Service. We will wait for a response for 3 business days. The order will not be shipped until we get a response to our message. If we do not get any response within this time period, we will cancel the order and refund the customer.
*The payment methods mentioned above are not available for all countries. For payment methods available to the customer's country, please see our Terms and Conditions.
Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive a confirmation email with their invoice, the assigned shipping number and a link so that they can track the order on the carrier's website.
The customer can also access this link by logging into their account and clicking on the "Orders" tab available on the page that appears when they sign in. By clicking on the line of an order in the column on the left-hand side entitled "Order History", they will be provided with all the information about it in the column on the right side called "Order Details", including the link referred to above.
Attempting to track your order online right upon receipt of the shipping confirmation email may not return any results. Information about shipping can take up to 24 hours after receipt of the shipment confirmation to be updated on the carrier's website.
Orders are delivered Monday through Friday, with the exception of local or national holidays, at the address that the customer indicates when making the same.
The customer can receive the order where it wishes (except in PO boxes), from Monday to Friday. To do this, simply provide us the address where they will be present between 9am and 7pm. An attempt shall be made to deliver by a courier from the carrier chosen at the address indicated by the customer.
WARNING: It is not possible to choose a specific delivery time, since it is conditioned by the route defined by the carrier to the courier on the day of delivery.
The delivery of an incorrect or incomplete delivery address may lead to their return to DiMari Lingerie, causing additional costs for the customer, so we recommend that they always make sure that the delivery address indicated at the time of order registration is effectively correct and complete. Once the order is processed, they can not change the shipping address or the billing information they entered.
If the customer chooses the Pick Me service, the order will be sent to the collection point they chose when they registered it. On the next business day after the sending, the recipient will receive an SMS on the mobile number that the customer has indicated to us for the delivery of the order, stating that it is available for withdrawal. The recipient will have 10 days to process the order. After this period, the order will be returned to us.
This service is only available for orders up to 10 kg and if the payment method chosen has been the payment by cash on delivery, this should preferably be done by Multibanco when the order is taken.
If the customer chooses the MRW service, the order will be sent to the selected address when they registered it.
In case of absence, a notice will be left to the recipient to call the agency responsible for delivering the order or to the general number of MRW, in order to schedule a retry on the date that suits them. The recipient has a period of 5 working days to contact the carrier and to schedule a new delivery attempt. If they do not do it within the time-frame, the order will be returned to us.
Orders registered for collection should be paid in cash and in the exact amount of the charge since the couriers are not obliged to have change. In fact, if the amount paid is higher than the amount charged, the customer risks losing the value of the difference.
If the customer opts for the Nacex service, the order will be sent to the selected address when they registered it.
In case of absence, a notice will be left to the recipient to call the agency responsible for delivering the order or to the general number of Nacex, in order to schedule a new attempt on the date that suits them. The recipient has a period of 5 working days to contact the carrier and to schedule a new delivery attempt. If they do not do it within the time-frame, the order will be returned to us.
Orders registered for collection can be paid by debit card or cash. All couriers have a TPA terminal for card payments. In case you opt for the cash payment you will have to provide the exact amount of the charge since the couriers are not obliged to have change. In fact, if the amount paid is higher than the amount charged, the customer risks losing the value of the difference.
If the customer opts for the CTT service, the order will be sent to the selected address when they registered it.
In case of absence, a notification will be left for the recipient to pick up the order at the post office in his area of residence. The deadline for picking up the order is 3 working days from the date of the delivery attempt. In order to proceed to the collection of the same, the recipient must present the notification left by the courier, as well as their identity card or citizen's card. If the recipient can not personally collect the item, it may be collected by third parties, provided that the notification is signed according to the recipient’s identity card or citizen's card and a copy of their identification document is attached. If the order is not collected within 3 business days, we will be returned.
If the delivery address indicated by the customer is incorrect or incomplete, the CTT courier will not be able to leave a notification, so the order will be immediately returned to DiMari Lingerie.

WARNING: Unlike the other carriers that deliver at the address indicated by the customer between 09h and 19h, CTT do it only between 08h and 13h.
Once your order has been shipped, we guarantee a delivery time of 1 business day, unless the delivery address is in a remote area. In this case, the delivery time will be 2 business days.
Shipments to Madeira and the Azores are made exclusively by CTT. The delivery time depends on the shipping method chosen:

WARNING: Delivery times are indicative and therefore only valid when there are no physical or structural impediments (eg incorrect addresses or major setbacks, such as strikes, connection losses, bad weather, etc.).
Shipping charges are automatically calculated by our system and depend on the following factors:
actual or volumetric weight of the order (whichever is higher);
value of the order (at least one free delivery service will always be available to the customer for orders equal to or greater than € 20.00 * **);
carriers, which are subject to periodic updates.
Shipping charges are automatically updated as the customer adds items to the shopping cart. .
*Offer valid only for Continental Portugal.
**Regardless of the minimum amount established to obtain free delivery service, some countries may have a minimum value per order. It is not possible to register an order with a lower value than previously indicated.
