In order for your order to be sent to you, you must choose one of the different forms of payment that DiMari Lingerie offers:
Only available to Portugal and Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands) through CTT. If you are not at home, the postman leaves a postcard to pick up the package at your CTT station within 1 week. In this modality, at the normal freight rate, the rate of collection charged by CTT is added.
Note: If the package has already been sent and is returned because it was not claimed, we only re-send it if the payment was made previously by bank transfer.
By choosing to pay your order by bank transfer, you will be saving the amount of the cash on delivery fee.
In this process, as soon as your order is ready, you will be sent an email informing you of the amount to be paid. Payment can be made at your bank's desk, in ATM machines, through Internet banking, or even through your mobile phone if it supports this function. The articles will be sent after the client sends us the original proof by email to [email protected].
NOTE: When sending the proof of payment you must always indicate the number of your order. The sending of the respective proof is mandatory!
If you prefer to deal with the transfer immediately before we send you the email, you can also do so. If there is any stock fluctuation and some ordered item can not be sent to you, you will be informed of the possibility of exchanging the missing item for another, or of being refunded the amount paid in excess.

If you wish, and if you know that you will not be able to pay in the time available, you can contact us and request that we keep your products for a maximum of 48 hours, awaiting payment. After this deadline, your order will also be canceled.

When choosing this mode, you must wait to receive our email with the data for payment. After payment, you must send us the email address ([email protected]) the control number of your payment, as well as the name of the sender you indicated when the transference took place. Your order will be sent as soon as the funds are confirmed.
All orders paid and confirmed until 2:00 pm are dispatched on the same day. After this time the orders are dispatched the next business day. Delivery times vary according to the selected carrier and country of destination.

Once we process your order, you will be assigned a registration number. You can then use this number if you want to find it. To do so, simply access the carrier's website, and enter the registration number provided, which data will be displayed.
NOTE: Shipping information may take up to 24 hours after receipt of the shipment confirmation to be updated on the carrier's website.
According to the law, "In distance contracts, the consumer has a minimum period of 14 days to terminate the contract".
If the product has not been ordered, has a manufacturing defect or is not satisfied with it, you can return it for a maximum period of 15 days after receiving it.
For hygienic reasons, we do not exchange or return lingerie, underwear or swimwear.
In case of return (ex: pajamas) you must follow some rules to do so:
- You should make sure that all labels are intact. We will not accept returns for garments whose labels have been removed.
- Please always try the pieces over your underwear.
-- If we find that the part has been used, washed or that is dirty, we will not accept the return. In these cases, the parts will be sent back to the customer, charging the respective cargoes.
- Exchanges and returns of clothing must be communicated on the day of reception. of them and returned the next day. Management reserves the right not to accept exchange or return if these deadlines are not met
For hygiene reasons, we only accept the products in the original packaging. We will not accept returns of used items or that have been damaged by the customer.
We will not accept returns for Carnival or Halloween articles, and the pieces remain in the customer's possession throughout and after the season.

We recommend that you send us your returns by registered mail, as we are not responsible for any loss on the part of the carrier. The cost of transportation will be borne by the customer.
Regarding returns, the amount to be refunded will be the total value of the order, minus the cost of transportation.
Before making any return, you must, within 15 days, indicate the reason why you want to return the article, by email [email protected].
